One of last nights bands ... ( Notice the newly programmed lighting effects !! )
And... Err, Molly the fukin Microphone .
Sooo , last night turned out to be a really good night , 1 Rock band and 3 singer songwriters , the quality of talent was fukin exceptional which was nice coz when I had asked the promoter what kind of music the night would be before we started he replied : " Alternative " which of course usually means shite !!!
But not last night ... Hoorah !!
Don't have much time to write today as I'm off to meet an old friend for a pint in West London..

glad it went well. usually singer/songwriter is taken as "license to talk way too fucking loud til my friend's band plays."

I'm so impressed that you guys actually EAT during sessions. Is that an English thing? My man doesn't eat for 10 hours on a session. Maybe he's the problem? Anyways, felt a cringe at the lovely lunch balanced on the console. beee caaarefuuul!
No ... I'm quite lucky , the venue has a restaurant downstairs and the female chef has a thing for me , so food just appears as if by magic ..
As for the food balancing thing ..we recently had the desk retrofitted with AFRS ( Advanced foodstuff rejection system ) so any food that falls onto the desk is immediately zapped with a self-aiming autonomous nanometric dual-redundancy lazer system , before it get's anywhere near the work surface ...
No really... It's great !!
Works with fag ash and groupies as well ...
Actually there was nowhere else to put the plate ..
